TRUST / PAYMENTS

Payment and credit states, made clear.

This baseline policy explains what ClonePlug records during purchases and manual crypto review. It does not invent a guaranteed refund entitlement or financial promise.

Baseline version · September 17, 2026

Verified purchases

Kora purchases remain pending or processing until ClonePlug verifies the trusted provider transaction against the stored package, amount, currency, and reference. Failed, cancelled, expired, unsigned, or mismatched payments do not credit the wallet.

A verified purchase is credited through the same authoritative ClonePlug wallet and ledger used by transformations. Duplicate callbacks or return-page refreshes must not create a second credit.

Manual crypto deposits

Crypto deposits are manual review items. Select the supported coin and network shown in Billing, verify the destination carefully, and send only the supported asset on that network. A proof upload or TXID submission does not credit the wallet; an authorized review decision is required.

Blockchain transfers sent to the wrong address, with an unsupported asset, or through another network may be permanently lost. ClonePlug does not guarantee recovery of incorrectly routed transfers.

Questions about a transaction

Payment and deposit records show their stored status and safe reference inside Billing. If a verified transaction or review decision appears incorrect, sign in and submit a support request with the relevant reference.

Any business-specific refund windows, payment-provider rules, tax information, or jurisdiction-specific consumer rights must be configured and reviewed before launch. This baseline page does not create or waive those rights.
