ClonePlug provides account-based tools for Real-Time Lucy, Character Swap, Face Library, project history, credits, referrals, support, and related account features. Features, availability, and supported inputs may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the instructions, media, faces, and other content you submit. Do not share credentials or use another person's private resources.

Only upload or transform media when you have the permissions, consent, and rights needed for that use. You must not use ClonePlug to impersonate someone without consent, commit fraud, harass people, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or create unlawful or harmful content.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and gives more specific examples of prohibited conduct.

ClonePlug credits are account value used by supported transformation workflows. Wallet reservations, usage, releases, purchases, and approved manual deposits are recorded separately so that credit activity can be understood.

Kora payments are credited only after trusted server-side verification. Manual crypto deposits require the selected asset and network, transaction proof, and review; submitting proof or a TXID does not itself add credits. Sending an asset through the wrong network or to the wrong destination may result in permanent loss and is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

No transformation result, uptime level, processing time, or provider availability is promised by this baseline document. We may restrict or suspend use when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Business-specific operator identity, governing law, dispute terms, and other required launch disclosures must be configured and reviewed before launch rather than inferred here.
